Unfortunately, we cannot control when your prospective tenant provides their data, but we make the process as simple and quick as possible for them; typically, the process only takes a few minutes.

Your prospective tenant only discloses as much data as she wishes. Naturally, the more data we have available, the more accurate the result. However, we also work with publicly available, official data.​To complete the process, your applicant will need at a minimum: an ID document, a few personal details for verification and online banking login (instead of bank statements and payslips).

The decision to accept tenants always rests solely with the landlord or their representative. Mietspector profiles offer data-driven and comparable support in the decision-making process.
